The fact that it's on auction is not an issue, but why didn't the agent told me from the very beginning ???(dodgy, dodgy). In the end I decided against purchasing it.

But, then ... not long after that, I saw another advert of a smaller unit at the same place going for a more expensive price but still reasonable, and this time a straight forward purchase process. I was quite dissapointed initially that the unit was facing the "less pretty" side of the neighbourhood. But, since the interior was in good condition, the the compound and swimming pool seemed clean, and it was going with sold stock and barrel, I thought what the heck. Soon, I received the key.

The immediate weekend was spent on cleaning the place. Then ........ my luck angel paid a me a visit. While I was busy cleaning one my windows in the evening, I saw a neighbour who lived one level below me in the adjacent wing had left her window opened. And there was a clear reflection of the inside of her room. I was getting closer to my luck I thought. I could clearly see her dressing table and bed.
